This was just announced today, the feds have raised the cap on VA jumbo loans! this is a bright spot!  and we can only hope the feds follow with adjustments for the loan limits for Fannie Mae.

Newhall Murals
Three murals have been painted in downtown Newhall, California. This is part of the revitalization efforts within the downtown area.   The Santa Clarita Arts Advisory Committee reviewed 36 artists’s proposals for the Newhall Mural Project and selected four California artists, including one from the Santa Clarita Valley, to paint three distinct themes.
